Project Overview-

Since January 2025, I have been managing SEO and Google Ads for Western States Trailer, a company specializing in trailer sales. The primary objective was to enhance organic visibility and generate more high-quality leads through both SEO and Google Ads strategies.

We began by optimizing the website for both organic search and paid traffic. This involved addressing key SEO issues, improving the site’s technical performance, and refining the Google Ads campaigns to focus on high-conversion keywords. Through continuous optimizations, we significantly improved both organic traffic and paid lead generation results.

Challenges:

The website faced several challenges in its SEO journey. First, it struggled with low organic traffic, as it wasn’t attracting the amount of relevant visitors needed to drive business growth. Additionally, there were significant technical SEO and user experience (UX) issues, such as slow load times and poor mobile optimization, which negatively impacted both rankings and user engagement. Lastly, the trailer industry’s competitive nature made it difficult to rank for high-value keywords, as the market was saturated with businesses targeting similar terms. These challenges required a strategic approach to overcome and achieve sustained growth.
